Windell Gray, CEO was fortunate early in his career to have been selected to be a part of a construction management training program on a three year-$35 million community hospital renovation project with Turner Construction. The program was designed to train one person in the county in all facets of construction management and engineering while employing that individual as an Assistant Project Engineer, MBEWBE and EEO Manager. One of Mr. Gray’s career goals was to become owner of his own construction management firm, and this along with 9 years of experience in the industry was the catalyst for starting Landon and Rian Enterprises Inc. Today the firm has over $400 million in project experience. Windell is a member of the American Contract Compliance Administrator and is a Certified Compliance Administrator (CCA) in MBE, WBE and EEO Compliance. He has an OSHA 30 & 10 Hour Outreach Trainer certification from the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at Keene State College, Manchester, NH. He studied engineering and economics at Syracuse University and earned a degree in economics.
